Welcome!
I offer three types of support:
- dharma support for meditators practicing within the insight meditation tradition
- somatic and emotion based therapy for anyone wishing for deeper healing
- clinical supervision for psychologists (Denmark) and therapists (Canada and Denmark) wishing to strengthen their mindful presence in their work with clients
Dharma support
As a meditation teacher I have a particular interest in samatha (concentration) practices with a focus on Anapansati (breath) practice and Brahmavihara (lovingkindness practices). I offer support to meditators who wish to deepen tranquility and steadiness of mind. As described by the Buddha, samatha practices can be a valuable support for greater well being in daily life, as well as a support for deepening wisdom. Aligned with the Theravada Buddhist tradition, dharma support is offered on a dana (donation) basis. To book a dharma support meeting click the "contact and booking" tab in the left hand corner
Therapy
I offer therapy primarily based in my training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Dialectical Behaviour therapist. These approaches offer a here-and-now focus in sessions and teaches you skills for how to track and regulate your nervous system and your emotions. To book a session click the "contact and booking" tab in the top left corner.
Supervision
I offer supervision, consultation and mentoring to other psychologists and therapists interested in deepening their mindful presence and capacity for self-regulation in their work with clients. In the supervision there is a dual focus on the concerns of the client as well as on your own inner experience as a therapist. To book a supervision session click "contact and booking" tab in left hand corner.
I offer support in English and Danish. I am based in Victoria, BC, Canada. Sessions can be offered via online secure video conferencing.
